Yes, Power Girl, a character who frequently comes off as about as asexual as a DC hero can get (pre-reboot), became magically pregnant during her stint of Justice League Europe (and, later, Justice League America) and during Zero Hour (another selective reboot of the DCU).
As her pregnancy rapidly progressed, multiple heroes were linked to her as being the father: in one issue of the Flash, tabloids report that Wally West must be the father (and let’s be honest, he was doggedly flirtatious with Peej for most of their time on the JLE), which caused a rift between he and his then-girlfriend, Linda Park.

Hal Jordan also confronted Power Girl, demanding to know who the father. You see, the Justice League and Green Lanterns joined up to battle the villain Sonar, but Power Girl and memory-wiped Hal became trapped together. With Hal lamenting they might die, they shared a big kiss.

The truth is, the baby was immaculately and magically implanted in her by her Atlantean “grandfather” Arion (who was not actually her grandfather, but was a dead magician whose soul was trapped in Gemworld. He tricked Power Girl into helping his body come back to life and then sending his soul to the afterlife by making her think that they were related and then magically impregnating her–or something) without her consent. When the baby was born, Kara was compelled not to name it. The baby quickly vanished after mother and son were attacked by Scarabus.
